Pittsford Water Board Meeting Thomas "Hank" Pelkey opened the meeting at 7:05PM. Water Board members present were: Thomas "Hank" Pelkey, Allen Hitchcock, David Markowski, Thomas Hooker, and Joseph Gagnon. Also present were Kathleen Ramsay, Linda Drummond, Lisa Connell, Don Nickless, David Rowe, Lee Kahrs, and Sally Eugair.
MINUTES The minutes of August 1, 2007 were approved.
OLD BUSINESS
Discussion was held in regards to restructuring the Water and Sewer Commission. It was reported that the Commission members would be two representatives of the Select Board, two Pittsford water users, and one Florence water user. Sally Eugair stated that she had applied in November 2006 to be on the commission even though she is not a water system user and has had no response. She would like it on the record that she is applying to be a representative for Florence even though she is not a water system user. The Board will address the restructuring of the Water and Sewer Commission as soon as possible.
K. Ramsay reported that on the Water Source Protection Plan, she has a meeting with the New England Rural Water Association to update the 2003 plan which should be straight forward except that the Town now owns the Parker property which needs to be added as a wellhead protection area.
With no further business, the Water Board adjourned at 7:10PM. Respectfully submitted:
