Water Board Minutes 05/31/05
Bob Sird called the Water Board meeting to order at 6:00 P.M. Water Board Commissioners present were Bob Sird and Chris Hanrahan. Larry Pomainville was absent. Also present was Helen McKinlay.
Minutes The minutes of 04/19/05 were reviewed, discussed and approved.
Orders Orders approved by the Select Board on May 4, 2005 and May 18, 2005 were reviewed for Water Dept. expenses and approved by the Water Commissioners.
Financial Statement A trial balance report of Pittsford and Florence Water Departments was reviewed, discussed and approved.
Marking of Water Dept. Property in Chittenden The tagging of boundaries along the Chittenden property with tree tags by Bob Tinker was discussed. The tags would identify the property as “Land of Town of Pittsford.” Corners of the property will be marked and Bob Tinker is to paint and blaze due to the change of ownership of surrounding properties. C. Hanrahan made a motion the Water Board table the tree tag discussion until such time as the Select Board addresses marking of all Town property and sets the standards to be followed. B. Sird seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.
With no further business, the meeting adjourned at 6:25 P.M.
