Board Minutes
Bob Sird called the meeting to order at 6:00 P.M. Water Board Commissioners present were: Bob Sird and Chris Hanrahan. Larry Pomainville was absent. Also present were Mike Balch and Helen McKinlay.
Minutes The minutes of 1/25/05 were reviewed, discussed and approved.
Orders The orders of 2/15/05 were reviewed, discussed and approved.
Financial Report A trial balance report of Pittsford and Florence Water Departments was reviewed, discussed and approved.
Old Business
Springfield Fencing Company John Williams. Springfield Fencing Company has notified the Town Office should the warm weather hold over the next few weeks they will start installing the fencing per the approved bid specifications. The materials are at the cold storage building and have already been paid for. The amount of materials paid is 47% of the awarded hid package.
EXECUTIVE SESSION In accordance with 1VSA 3 12(b) where premature general public knowledge would clearly place the Municipality or person involved at a substantial disadvantage, the Board unanimously agreed to go into executive session for Contracts at 6:15 P.M. The Water Board came out of executive session at 6:50 P.M. C. Hanrahan and Mike Balch will rewrite the scope of’ the Florence Water Tank RFP.
The next meeting will be changed to Monday, March 21, 2005 at 6:00 P.M.
With no further business, the meeting adjourned at 7:00 P.M.
