Board Minutes 9/15/04 Thomas “Hank” Pelkey opened the meeting at 6:00 P.M. The Board members present were: Thomas “Hank” Pelkey, Dave Markowski, Joe Gagnon and Larry Pomainville. Allen Hitchcock was absent. Also present were Michael Balch, David Cleary and Paula Bizon Recording Secretary. EXECUTIVE SESSION In accordance with 1VSA 312(b) where premature general public knowledge would clearly place the Municipality or person involved at a substantial disadvantage, the Board unanimously agreed to go into executive session to discuss litigation at 6:01 P.M. Michael Balch and David Cleary were invited to stay. All others were excused. The Board came out of executive session at 6:25 P.M. The Sewer Board recessed at 6:25 and convened as the Select Board. The Sewer Board reconvened at 6:52 P.M. MINUTES The Sewer Board minutes of 9/1/04 were reviewed, discussed and approved. ORDERS The orders dated 9/18/04 were reviewed, discussed and approved. OTHER BUISNESS Without any further business, the Board adjourned at 6:53 P.M.
