Board Minutes 5/12/04 DRAFT Thomas “Hank” Pelkey
opened the meeting at 7:32 P.M. The
Board members present were: Thomas “Hank” Pelkey, Dave Markowski, Joe
Gagnon, Allen Hitchcock and Larry Pomainville.
Also present were Michael Balch, Roy Newton, Elizabeth Hart, Matt Hart,
Mike Warfle and Paula Bizon Recording Secretary. MINUTES The Sewer Board minutes of
4/28/04 were reviewed, discussed and approved.
ORDERS The orders dated 5/12/04
were reviewed, discussed and approved. OTHER BUSINESS M. Hart addressed the
Board. He stated his concerns on
the odor that he has currently been receiving on a periodic basis.
M. Balch requested that M. Hart give him a call when M. Hart has an odor
problem and he will research what is happening at the Sewer Plant. M. & E.
Hart departed at 7:35 P.M. Pittsford Commons Sewer
Allocation H. Pelkey stated that he
has spoken with G. Kupferer and the paperwork on the sewer allocation releases
are on the engineer’s desk. The
information that G. Kupferer needs to handle the other allocations has recently
been furnished to him. The Board directed M. Balch
to furnish a copy of the letter H. Pelkey drafted to Joe Aja to the rest of the
Board for their information. The Board requested an
update on the search for assistance to rectify the sewer issues.
M. Balch is still researching individuals that may be of help.
He will get back to the Board. Without any further
business, the Board adjourned at 7:41 P.M.
