Sewer Board Meeting June 6, 2007 Thomas "Hank" Pelkey opened the meeting at 6:55 PM. Sewer Board members present were: Thomas "Hank" Pelkey, Allen Hitchcock, Joseph Gagnon, and Thomas Hooker. David Markowski was absent. Also present were Michael Balch, Linda Drummond, Helen McKinlay, Kathleen Ramsay, David Rowe, Tom Carrara, Margaret "Peg" Flory, Chuk Pitts, Michael Warfle, Lema Carter, and Margaret Flory.
MINUTES The Sewer Board minutes of May 16, 2007 were approved.
A. Hitchcock asked if T. Hooker had been able to talk with Mr. Patch about the sewer extension. T. Hooker stated he had not.
A.Hitchcock inquired about the computation on the Elm Street data. M. Balch replied that the flow data is being collected which is strictly the run time by minutes to each of the pumps. None of that information has been processed for the last 2-1/2 months. M. Balch can go to the treatment plant and download the information to his computer so that he can print off the report and the graphs. At the Board's request, M. Balch’s retrieving this information is a priority.
