Town of Pittsford Sewer Board Meeting March 15, 2006
Thomas “Hank” Pelkey opened the meeting at 6:35 PM. Sewer Board members present were: Thomas “Hank” Pelkey, Allen Hitchcock, Joseph Gagnon, David Markowski, and Thomas Hooker. Also present were Linda Drummond, Mary & R. Todd Grant, Mrs. Ezraty. MINUTES The Sewer Board minutes of March 1, 2006 were reviewed, discussed, and approved.
Consider Pittsford Commons Pumping Station. The Board will table the consideration until they have conferred with M. Balch. Mrs. Ezraty made the payment of $3,300 on March 13, 2006 for the reimbursement for the Pittsford Commons pumping station expenses. Mrs. Ezraty was present on behalf of the Pittsford Commons. H. Pelkey stated that the Board needed to confer with M. Balch in regards to verifying that all matters had been completed with the pumping station. Mrs. Ezraty will be notified after the Board meeting on April 5, 2006. Mrs. Ezraty expressed concern of the electricity payment to JR’s for the pumping station from this date to April 5, 2006. H. Pelkey stated the Board would work with her on the charges. A. Hitchcock would like to see the Elm St. bid sent out as soon as possible. Also he would like to discuss the possibility of using the chlorination tank at the plant for the sludge with the two additional chlorination tanks. Bids would need to be sent for this project. L. Drummond stated that M. Balch planned to work on bids the week of March 27, 2006. With no further business, the Sewer Board adjourned at 6:40PM. Respectfully submitted: Linda Drummond,
