Sewer Board Minutes

December 21, 2005 

Thomas “Hank” Pelkey opened the meeting at 6:58 p.m.  The Sewer Board members present were:  Thomas “Hank” Pelkey, Joseph Gagnon, Larry Pomainville, Allen Hitchcock, and Dave Markowski.  Also present were Michael Balch, Helen McKinlay, and Don Nickless.

MINUTES

The Sewer Board minutes of December 7, 2005 were reviewed, and discussed.  The residual charge wording will be changed from reverse to delete.  Notices and posted information will be changed to a public information campaign.  The last paragraph will be changed to read the Town’s attorney advised 6 years without interest and penalty.

Consider for Adoption the Storm Water Runoff and Sanitary Sewer Ordinances

A. Hitchcock made a motion the Sewer Board make a recommendation to the Select Board to accept for adoption the Storm Water Runoff and Sanitary Sewer Ordinance.  D. Markowski seconded the motion.  The motion passed unanimously. 

With no further business, the Sewer Board adjourned at 7:00 p.m.
