Sewer Board Minutes

 November 16, 2005

Thomas “Hank” Pelkey opened the meeting at 6:40 p.m.  Select Board members present were:  Thomas “Hank” Pelkey, Joseph Gagnon, Larry Pomainville, Allen Hitchcock, and Dave Markowski.  Also present were Michael Balch, and Helen McKinlay.  

MINUTES

The Sewer Board minutes of November 2, 2005 were reviewed, discussed and approved. 

Proposed Storm Water Runoff and Sanitary Sewer Ordinances

The Sewer Ordinance draft received from Attorney J. Carroll was reviewed and discussed.  M. Balch pointed out the addition of property owners being responsible for inspections to show properties do not have sump pumps or roof drains connected to the sewer system.  The Board will table this amendment to act on at the same time as the proposed burning ordinance as the process is the same for both ordinances.

With no further business, the Sewer Board adjourned at 6:58 p.m.
