Board Minutes 1/5/05 MINUTES The corrected minutes of 12/8/04 were reviewed, discussed
and approved. The minutes of 12/22/04 were reviewed, discussed and approved. ORDERS The orders of 1/05/05 were reviewed, discussed and
approved. OLD BUSINESS Simon Operations Letter The Simon Operations letter was discussed previously in
the Select Board meeting during the Town Manager’s report.
VT Police Academy J. Gagnon requested information on the current status of
the VT Police Academy regarding their hook up to the Town Sewer system.
M. Balch informed the Board the Town has received no further details
regarding the Police Academy hook up. The
State has indicated they are still interested to be hooked on to the sewer
system as their budget allows. Without any further business, the Board adjourned at 6:57
P.M.
