Board Minutes 12/1/04
Thomas “Hank” Pelkey opened the meeting at 6:30 PM. Select Board members present were: Thomas “Hank” Pelkey, Larry Pomainville, Allen Hitchcock, Dave Markowski and Joe Gagnon. Also present were: Bonnie Stewart, Mary Patricia Drown, Brian Nolan, Mary and John Cadwell, Shawn Erickson, Mike Warfle, Mike Balch and Helen McKinlay.
ORDERS The orders of 12/1/04 were reviewed, discussed and approved.
OLD BUSINESS Otter Creek Engineering M. Balch informed the Board that Otter Creek Engineering infrastructure mapping is very close to being completed. Bruce Babcock is scheduled to meet with Gary Fern to make the last few changes to the mapping. The Board discussed adding the next level of detail with customer services and shut offs while considering next years budget. The use of service cards with actual location details sketched of connections was discussed as a possible future option.
Pittsford Commons Pittsford Commons tank was discovered to be leaking and is being repaired.
Sump Pump Removal The Board asked the status of the removal of a sump pump on a property recently transferred to a new owner. Scheduling an Inspection of the property was discussed.
Without any further business, the Board adjourned at 6:40 P.M.
