Town of Pittsford Sewer
Board Minutes January 4, 2006 Thomas “Hank” Pelkey opened the meeting at 6:45 p.m. Sewer Board members present were: Thomas “Hank” Pelkey, Allen Hitchcock, and Joseph Gagnon. Dave Markowski and Larry Pomainville were absent. Also present were Michael Balch, Denise Mahoney, John Eugair, and Tom Carrara.
MINUTES The Sewer Board minutes of December 7, 2005 were reviewed, discussed and approved. The Sewer Board minutes of December 21, 2005 were reviewed, discussed and approved.
OLD BUSINESS Sewer Infiltration A. Hitchcock noted that a major portion of the infiltration problem is on Elm Street. There are 15 connections to homes and during wet weather periods one third of the total flow comes from there. If we could solve that problem we could very well resolve our over the discharge permit limit days issue.
