Town of Pittsford
Select Board Minutes 3/17/04
Thomas “Hank” Pelkey opened the meeting at 6:15 P.M.
The Board members present were: Thomas “Hank” Pelkey, Allen Hitchcock
and Joseph Gagnon. Also present were Michael Balch, Roy Newton, Tom Carrara and
Paula Bizon Recording Secretary.
The Board had an abbreviated meeting this evening due to
other commitments and illness. A
regularly scheduled meeting will be held on 3/24/04.
MINUTES
The Board minutes from 3/3/04 were not available for
signature tonight.
ORDERS
The orders of 3/17/04 were reviewed, discussed and
approved.
OLD BUSINESS
Web Site
The Board reviewed a proposed web site proposal.
M. Balch stated that it would take 60 days to get the Web site up and
running. A. Hitchcock moved and J.
Gagnon seconded a motion to accept the web site proposal as presented.
Unanimously approved.
NEW BUSINESS
Fire Truck swap with State
M. Balch informed the Board that he has spoken with T.
Hooker on the proposed truck swap. The
ladder truck would suit the needs of the Town.
The Board stated that additional information is needed on the proposed
truck. The discussion has been tabled until March 24th meeting.
ICMA Retirement Corp. Plan
The Board reviewed the ICMA retirement Corp. plan.
A. Hitchcock moved and J. Gagnon seconded a motion to approve the
deferred retirement plan. Unanimously approved.
Without any further business, the Board adjourned at 6:35
P.M.
