TOWN OF PITTSFORD SPECIAL SELECT BOARD MEETING June 6, 2008
The meeting was called to order at 3:04 p.m. by Thomas "Hank" Pelkey, Chair.
Select board members present: Thomas "Hank" Pelkey, Joseph Gagnon, Allen Hitchcock, and Thomas Hooker. Absent - David Markowski. Also present was Kathleen Ramsay.
Signature of Contract with New Town Manager Thomas Hooker moved that the Board vote to sign the proposed Town Manager employment agreement with John Haverstock. Allen Hitchcock seconded the motion, which was approved with four members in favor, none opposed and one absent (Markowski).
Appointment of Town Manager Thomas Hooker moved that the Board vote to appoint John Haverstock as Town Manager effective June 13, upon the departure of current Town Manager Kathleen Ramsay. Allen Hitchcock seconded the motion, which was approved unanimously by the Board with four members in favor, no opposed and one absent.
Having no other business, the meeting adjourned at 3:07 p.m.
