Town of Pittsford Special Select Board Meeting March 13, 2006
Select Board members present were Thomas “Hank” Pelkey, Thomas Hooker, Allen Hitchcock, and David Markowski. Water Board members present were Larry Pomanville, Bob Sird, and Chris Handrahan. SelectBoard member Joseph Gagnon arrived at 6:40PM.
The meeting was called to order at 6:35PM. H. Pelkey made a motion for an Executive Session to discuss potential lawsuits. The motion was seconded by D. Markowski. The motion was unanimous.
EXECUTIVE SESSION In accordance with 1VSA 312(b) where premature general public knowledge would clearly place the Municipality or person involved at a substantial disadvantage, the Board unanimously agreed to go into executive session for Legal at 6:35 PM. All others were excused. The Board came out of executive session at 7:35 PM.
No Action Taken. With no further business, the Board adjourned at 7:40PM.
