Select Board Minutes August 30, 2005
Thomas "Hank" Pelkey opened the meeting at 6:00 p.m. Select Board members
present were: Thomas "Hank" Pelkey, Joseph Gagnon, Larry Pomainville, Allen
Hitchcock, and Dave Markowski. Also present was Michael Balch.
Cross Country Appraisal Contract
The Cross Country Appraisal contract in the amount of $87,000.00 was presented
to the Select Board for approval and signature. Quality control requirements are
to be included in a side letter. The Board discussed the grievance process as
provided in the contract. A. Hitchcock made a motion, seconded by D. Markowski
to approve the contract as presented. The motion passed unanimously.
Cartographic Associates Tax Map Contract
The need to correct the tax maps was discussed. A three year contract for tax
maps from Cartographic Associates was presented to the Select Board for review
and discussion. A. Hitchcock made a motion to approve the contract from
Cartographic Associates in the amount of $10,430.00, seconded by J. Gagnon. The
motion passed unanimously.
With no further business, the meeting adjourned at 6:30 p.m.
