PITTSFORD RECREATION DEPARTMENT MINUTES OF JUNE 12, 2007 PITTSFORD MUNICIPAL OFFICES @ 7:00 pm
Meeting was called to order by Rob Ketcham at 7:00 pm. Members of the Recreation Committee who were present include Michele Cioffredi, Kathy Shortsleeves, and Kathy Brown.
Recreation Director Randy Adams was also present.
Recreation Committee members Mark Poljacik, Mark Winslow, Scott Eugair, and Jenny Parker were not present.
ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES
The minutes of April 11, 2007 were read and accepted. K. Brown made the motion to accept the minutes as read.
K. Shortsleeves seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.
RECREATION DIRECTOR'S REPORT R. Adams presented the June Recreation Director's Report.
OLD BUSINESS
Recreation Area Passes R. Adams bought a new Recreation Area Pass to the meeting for everyone to look at. The Recreation Committee helped decide what the new passes where going to look like.
Day Camp The Recreation Director reported that Pittsford families have been busy signing their children up for day camp. R. Adams was glad that a clear "non-resident" policy had been put in place because he has had many non-Pittsford families inquiring about signing their children up for camp. The new policy gives Pittsford residents the first opportunity to register and then a week before camp begins allows non-residents to fill any voids.
Pittsford Day Sunday, July 1, 2007 Committee members were informed about the scheduled events for Pittsford Day scheduled for Sunday, July 1. Highlights include children games, k-9 demonstrations, food, and live entertainment. K. Shortsleeves suggested that R. Adams contact CVPS for next years event. She indicated that CVPS does a wonderful safety presentation on electricity and she felt that it would be appropriate to have at Pittsford Day.

No New Business All Other Business With no further business to discuss, M. Cioffredi made the motion to adjourn the meeting.
K. Shortsleeves seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.
The meeting adjourned at 8:00 pm.
