PLANNING COMMISSION

July 15, 2008

Planning Commission Members Present:  Kathryn Brown, Don Nickless, and Thor Konwin.  Others Present: Tom Carrara, Anita Paynter (arrived at 7:16 PM) Amy Loomis, and Kelly Giard, Recording Secretary.

D. Nickless, Chair, called the meeting to order at 6:00 PM. 

D. Nickless inquired if there was any Public Comment.  There was none presented at this time.

Town Plan Update

D. Nickless stated that a meeting has been arranged with Mark Blucher from the Rutland Regional Planning Commission regarding the Town Plan updates for July 24, 2008 at 3:30 PM.   

There was discussion regarding various sections of the Town Plan updates.  Members will be continuing to work on this project and report back at the next meeting.

Other Business

A. Loomis stated that she has 2 applications that will need to have Site Plan Review.  These will be heard at the next meeting.  A. Loomis stated that one was for a home occupation and the other was for a used car lot. 

The next meeting will be held on August 21, 2008 at 7:00 PM.
