Town of Pittsford Liquor Board Minutes

3/3/04

Thomas “Hank” Pelkey opened the meeting at 8:14 P.M.  The Board members present were: Thomas “Hank” Pelkey, Larry Pomainville, Allen Hitchcock, Dave Markowski and Joseph Gagnon.  Also present were Michael Balch, Don Nickless, Helen McKinlay, Tom Carrara and Paula Bizon Recording Secretary.

D. Markowski moved and J. Gagnon seconded a motion to approve the liquor licenses for  the following businesses: Conways Mobil, Keith’s Country Store, and Cassidy’s Hilltop Tavern.  Unanimously approved.

T. Carrara asked if the Town policy has a two-tier policy on alcohol consumption by minors.  The Town has a zero tolerance policy on alcohol consumption by minors and the police officers will act accordingly.

There being no further business, the Board adjourned at 8:24 P.M.
