Pittsford Liquor Board Meeting June 6, 2007
Thomas "Hank" Pelkey opened the meeting at 7:37PM. Liquor Control Board members present were: Thomas "Hank" Pelkey, Joseph Gagnon, Allen Hitchcock and Thomas Hooker. David Markowski was absent. Also present were Michael Balch, Linda Drummond, Kathleen Ramsay, Michael Warfle, David Rowe, and Tom Carrara.
Minutes of May 16, 2007 were approved.
NEW BUSINESS Consider Request to Cater Malt and Vinous Beverages & Spirituous Liquors Consider request to cater malt and vinous beverages from Office Bar & Grill for a wedding at the Pittsford Recreation Center. Discussion was held in regards to having a border or defined area for serving and consumption of alcohol beverages, designated with physical barriers. Officer Lema Carter will be working at the wedding. J. Gagnon made a motion to accept the request to cater malt and vinous beverages to Office Bar & Grill for the 6/30/07 wedding at the Pittsford Recreation Center. T. Hooker seconded the motion. The motion was unanimously carried. Without any further business, the Board adjourned at 7:40 PM.
