Town of Pittsford Liquor Board MinutesJuly 6, 2005
Thomas “Hank” Pelkey opened the meeting at 8:52 PM. Liquor Board members present were: Thomas “Hank” Pelkey, Larry Pomainville, Joe Gagnon, David Markowski and Allen Hitchcock. Also present were Mike Balch and Helen McKinlay.
MINUTES The Liquor Board minutes of June 15, 2005 were reviewed, discussed and approved.
NEW BUSINESS Caterer’s Permit Application for Palm’s Restaurant (Ramsey/Giddings Wedding) The Caterer’s Permit from the Palm’s Restaurant was reviewed and discussed by the Liquor Board. The permit is for the July 30, 2005 Ramsey/Giddings Wedding to be held at the Pittsford Recreation Area. The area of the Pavilion will be roped off for alcohol service during the event. D. Markowski made a motion to approve the permit as presented by the Palm’s Restaurant for the July 30, 2005 Ramsey/Giddings wedding reception to be held at the Pittsford Recreation Area and in conformance with the Recreation Area rules for such events. A. Hitchcock seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.
Without any further business, the Board adjourned at 8:56 P.M.
